I’d be interested to hear how you got your book to audio format!
I did it through ACX, the Amazon-based Audible site. Pretty painless, but not cheap. I was guided through the process by Julienne Givot of BothAnd Media. She really knows her stuff and hooked me up with Colin Iago McCarthy, who did a great job with the reading performance.
I listened to the sample; it sounds great! I’m not sold on the Amazon Audible monthly fee idea, but if they ever change their marketing scheme there, I’ll definitely get your book!
