May December Be

You are younger than my daughter,
but you are not my daughter.
The rich human history of
young women and old men
is a cross-grain of joyful
noise and heartache.
Wisdom is the most valuable
attribute in both directions,
a wisdom born of respect.
There is art in the balance.

It means the world to me that you read it and “liked” it. If it’s not asking too much please consider reblogging it. Also if it is in your means I’d like to humbly ask if you might could make a small contribution to our crowd funding campaign I set up as a cancer relief fund for her.
